Dente Travel Sprayer
Dente engaged with Vine, seeking guidance to bring their toothbrush sanitizing spray to market. They sought to package three test sample bottles as a travel solution that would start a dialogue with the customer and promote the use and eventual purchase of their everyday spray.
I led the structural concept design process and production engineering to bring this package to market alongside our brand and graphics team, who designed the brand look and graphic application.
Initial concepts utilized a wide range of materials and finishes.
Sustainability was a must-have and was explored through both reusable case designs and sustainably sourced and recyclable materials.
Budget and volume restrictions provided focus and led us toward paper-based designs.
The production concept utilizes a tray with 2 cover flaps to provide ample protection for the glass tubes, with space for product and brand messaging.
This tray fits snugly into a sleeve to emulate a matchbook, tying into the desired collectible and travel experience.
