Packaging System Refresh
Pvolve’s packaging team approached Vine for support in reinventing their physical brand experience through a redesign of their brand packaging system.
As the lead design resource, I translated their request for proposal into an actionable design directive and, engaging the broader design and engineering teams at Veritiv, helped present 2 compelling design directions that spanned their full at-home fitness device catalog.
The designs were intended to help introduce and familiarize the at-home athletes with their new devices and bridge the gap between digital interactions and physical products.
The initial conception focused on discovering a universal unboxing experience that tied the full line of products together.
The consumer needed to intuitively understand not only what the product was, but its main purpose, and in which training scenario it would be used.
The production configuration utilizes telescoping inserts with standardized rectangular pull tabs. Each component is removed in its order of importance. Products that require quick start guides utilize literature pockets that are visible upon opening.
